Welcome to PR PandeyG Store. By purchasing, browsing, or sending order invoice requests through our portal, you agree directly to the following simplified terms of service:
1. Ordering and Pricing Validation
All listed product pricing is declared in Nepalese Rupees (NPR). While we make every attempt to prevent clerical errors, wholesale market changes inside Kathmandu can occasionally affect stock pricing of bulk rice or dairy. We reserve the absolute right to correct and confirm final pricing directly with you over WhatsApp before dispatching.
2. WhatsApp Order Confirmation Flow
An order generated inside the shopping basket does NOT represent a binding contract until our representative manually verifies the order stocks and responds to your text confirmation on WhatsApp. When we confirm, your dispatch is scheduled.
3. Payment Methods & Cash on Delivery (COD)
For complete consumer security, we offer flexible cash-on-delivery (COD) streams. At the time of home delivery by our partner (Yango), you are requested to clear the balance in Cash, or request a Fonepay QR code or eSewa digital transfer. Prompt payment supports our delivery partner's schedule.
4. Damaged or Unsatisfactory items
We stand proudly behind our local dairy, premium ghee, and dry commodities! If any item arrives damaged, open, or fails to meet your premium expectations, please notify us within 2 hours of delivery receipt. We will happily process an exchange, coupon, or full refund over WhatsApp instantly.
